'Perfect place to stay. '

'A very cute place to stay. Staff weee extremely helpful during our stay.'

'Het hotel is een prachtig oud gebouw met een schitterende tuin. Daarnaast is het gelegen in een hele mooie wijk. Dat zijn de grote pluspunten. Helaas is het onderhoud van het hotel achterstallig... Ook waren de monumentale trappen niet schoon. Jammer! Het personeel is wel heel aardig en behulpzaam, dus ons verblijf was al met al prima, zolang je je maar niet stoort aan het helaas ontbreken van netheid.'

'It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! 'The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

'The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and during our stay. The room was big , tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. All meals were well presented. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will return.'

'No Airconditioning. Room was very hot especially at night. No fridge. Room was a good size. Large bathroom with bath. Clean and propper. Simple but cheap breakfast. £5-9'

'Staff very friendly food really good, Parking is free but a bit tight to get in unfortunately not doing breakfast at the moment but something they are looking in to'

'Pittoresk hotel. Aardige mensen. Mocht vanwege mijn persoonlijke omstandigheden eerder inchecken. Lekker gedineerd. '

'A very comfortable one night stay, lovely helpful staff, great good value food. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We were at the front so had a lot of road noise which we are not used too. I would recommend the hotel and pub'

'Prima plek, ruime parkeergelenheid'

'A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley.'
