'Very clean. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. Open floor plan kitchen with dinning room which was great for gathering. Loved the downstairs space to hang out in while still being able to look out at the water and pier. Beds were comfortable. The owners definitely have paid attention to the details to make for a comfortable stay and were very easy to work and communicate with. Can't wait to stay here again. '

'Three generations (11 of us) stayed for several Thanksgiving days. Played cards & games, went for walks & bike rides, cooked & ate meals together. The house and locale was just what we'd hoped: quiet, away from it all, very welcoming, room for all, comfortable and clean. The bay - so close! - was gorgeous even off-season. There were pretty sunsets and crystal-clear stars in dark night sky. Even the rainy day was lovely - view from the cozy indoors can't be beat. Much gratitude for sweet family...

'Check in was easy. Owner was very responsive to messages and very helpful. We enjoyed being right on the water and fishing from the pier, as well going out in the kayaks to enjoy the beautiful setting. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again next June on our trip back to Maryland.'

'We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. '

'Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we...

We had kids with us and it was a perfect set up for water activities. The owner KJ was so very nice, super responsive, and went above and beyond to assist us when we needed it.
