'The positives: the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful, but not obtrusive. The room was nice, with no problems with the facilities. There are USB A and C sockets at the plug points. 'Very good check-in. Staff were helpful with directions and a map of the area. They really tried to make us feel welcome, and succeeded. Quaint little room was a lot of fun and all amenities were thoughtful (umbrellas provided in the room for example) and comfy. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had lots of good choices. Surprisingly quiet at night - they had a patio nearby but we didn't hear a thing from it and enjoyed restful sleep. A great place and we were glad we stayed there.'

'The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay.
