'For what we used it for a roof over our head and place to sleep it was manageable! while we was out fishing daylight to dark we was not there during the day! The owner seemed nice! The only major things I noticed was the furniture was out dated and worn out! The mattresses in the bedrooms was borderline tough to get comfortable on! Tree in front of the porch needs trimming! The house is close to the beach! With just a little bit of tlc this house could be more enjoyable.'

'I had an excellent stay at this condominium in Ocean Isle North Carolina. Am new to VRBO and had some challenges with setting the dates. The host, Katelyn responded very quickly and helped me coordinate my stay.The condominium was very clean and the bathroom and the kitchen were spotless. Nice to have a washer and dryer and the cable and wifi worked seamlessly. A very convenient location and a couple minutes walk to the beach. I look forward to returning in the future.'

'The host was very responsive. She also allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than advertised which we really appreciated. When we got to the property, it was very dirty and had a strong scent of mothballs throughout the entire house. The floors looked like they had not been swept, and the couches were covered in crumbs.
