'Beach view is awesome. Clean rooms/ clean well groomed kitchen area and bathroom. The staff was great and very accommodating.'

'When we walked in the room there were no towels just one wash rag folded on the lavatory. The couch bed was sticking out and couldn’t be put back in to sit on it. This property is very wore out and evidence of long time abuse with very little correcive maintenance '

'Nice location, condo was very clean, neat, and had everything we could possibly need. We were arriving a bit early and host was very responsive and accommodating, which was nice because we didn’t have to kill time waiting around to get in. Beds were comfortable. The place fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would recommend!'

'Nice and roomy with a clean equipped kitchen. Quiet and private. Comfortable with a friendly helpful staff. Very small decks but it didn’t take away from enjoying the ocean front. I would definitely visit The Pepper Tree by the Sea again.'

'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.'
