Welcome to Beautiful Home at Basilica 2, a stylish and modern apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the heart of Budapest. Located on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, it is only a short walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, the Hungarian State Opera, and many of the city’s best restaurants and cafés.

The Space

This approximately 30 m² one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it a practical choice for couples, small families, friends, and business travelers.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your family or group will use the accommodation, ensuring complete privacy and independence.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Arrival and access instructions will be provided before your stay.

Several bus and trolleybus routes operate in the surrounding area.

The 4 and 6 tram lines can be accessed around Nyugati Railway Station, approximately seven to nine minutes away on foot. Tram Line 2, which travels along the Danube and passes the Parliament Building, is also within walking distance.

Nyugati Railway Station provides national railway services and additional public transportation connections.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transport can travel by Metro Line M3 and connect with an airport bus or walk to Deák Ferenc Square for the direct 100E airport service.

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome. If you require a baby cot, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products needed during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
