The place is in a great location. Train/Buses very close by so moving around city is easy. The check in process was a bit tough. I was sent a code to open box and that was not the right one. So 4 people standing outside for 45 min while we waited on response. Once inside the apartment was laid out nice. The biggest issues we had were with the over condition on apartment. The bathroom smelled so musty and mold growing all over the shower curtain and shower walls. It was terrible to even shower with the smell. I think it needs some more care and could be ok but I will never be back for sure

We had a great stay, the appartment was comfortable and clean and well appointed. The host was responsive and helpful via text and message. It’s worth noting that the map on Expedia does not accurately show the actual location of the appartment, which is around 1km away. However, the address details provided by the host were correct. We were also confused by google maps showing a picture of the wrong gate for the property when we searched the address. This is a minor issue tho and I would recommend the appartment strongly for the cost and I would definitely choose it again.

It was a nice secluded apartment which was very quiet. It was also really nice to be able to go for a drink within 30 seconds of leaving the apartment.

Great communication before and after the stay. Unfortunately condition of the property isn’t great inside. Biggest issue was how warm the place was, which felt as though it was essentially masking how damp the property is. Decent place to stay for location, personally wouldn’t visit again but not bad for the cost of the stay.

The place was easy to locate and access. Though on a busy street that allowed for great walking to places, it was wonderfully quiet once inside the unit. The unit was cleanish and contained the basics, but was a bit worn.

Our stay was lovely. The location of the property is excellent. Close to the centre and a few minutes walk to public transport options. The owner was lovely. Great communication and flexibility. The only point of improvement that could be made is the bathroom needing a little spruce. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

nice place - a bit small but well laid out. not a lot of natural light BUT the lighting in the apartment was pretty good. unit needs some repairs BUT overall was in good condition. note - this is good for adults BUT the stairs would be a bit scary for little ones. good location and the host was helpful.

Good location, good communication. The shower needs repairing as the shower head broke and was attached by tape. The bedding had a slight musty smell. Overall the apartment was good

The photos can’t show the damp and general presentation of this property. The owner did not respond to a request for a lamp for the bedroom and with only the main light working, it is not possible to use this space to relax in. The bed pillows were poor condition and led to poor nights sleep. The wooden kitchen utensils are growing green mold. The owner is trying to address the damp by having a dehumidifier, which requires emptying twice a day and at night but there is a general lack of care. My only regret was not relocating.

Not staying there again

I would say for a fact that i will not be staying here again. It felt like the property manager had better things to do than to tend to this place. It was not really clean, kind of smelled of sewer when we got in. Airing it out helped. Having a p different kinds of shampoos is nice, but a simple kitchen towel and rag or paper towels would have been great. Also if you have small children or you are planning on drinking the stairs are not your friend. Dis not feel safe. In my opinion, the property manager should pay more attention to this place. On the upside, the location is great and the property manager was very accommodating when it came to check in time.

Uninhabitable – avoid at all costs. The apartment was cold, damp, and filled with a strong musty odor that made us physically ill. The bathroom floor stayed wet despite attempts to dry it. All our clothes were damp by morning, and my sister developed breathing issues after just one night. We left the next day. No refund was provided by the owner
Bathroom after trying to dry it with the bath mat,Still durty and wet.Water came out of the joint.
