Deze elegante decosuite van 90 m² ligt in het centrum van de stad, op 200 meter van de Opera en op 3 minuten. Loop vanaf st. Stephan Basiliek achter de luxe Andrássy Avenue, naast het altijd drukke kosmopolitische gebied van de oude Joodse wijk.

Geniet van de historische touch in dit prachtige appartement met de combinatie van de originele stijl en de moderne levensstandaard met premium designartikelen. De suite is gloednieuw gerenoveerd, werkt voltooid in de herfst van 2014.

De ruime woonkamer van 30 m² met een klein balkon, smart tv, hifi / wi-fi, ac dient uw loungen.

De gescheiden eetkamer biedt gelegenheid voor een groot ontbijt om de nieuwe dag in een goed humeur te beginnen of zelfs voor een sfeervol diner samen 's avonds.

De 2 elegante slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met kingsize bedden, een met led-tv voor uw ontspanning. Het extra bed voor de vijfde gast is een slaapbank in de woonkamer (bedmaat: 115x210 cm).

In 2 badkamers (een met wc, bidet en xxl-douche, de andere met wc en bad) kunt u uw verfrissende douche of ontspannend bad nemen. Haardrogers in beide badkamers.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken dient uw comfort. Alle keukenapparatuur zoals het bestek, glazen, porseleinen servies zijn ondertekend met het label van de beste Europese merken.

De Lavazza-espressomachine biedt gratis Italiaanse koffie, omdat u ook mineraalwater in de koelkast vindt.

Het huis gebouwd in de laatste jaren van de monarchie (Hongaars-Oostenrijkse rijk) in 1912-13. Met een van de eerste lift van de stad.

Op de volgende hoek kunt u de eerste metro van het Europese continent gebruiken, geopend in 1896. Of bezoek de geweldige cafés (coffeeshops) rondom. Het New York Palace met het beroemde New York Café (in 2012 beoordeeld als het beste café ter wereld) ligt ook op slechts 10 minuten. Loop vanaf onze plaats. De film van Grand Budapest Hotel is gebaseerd op het verhaal van deze plek. Neem 's middags je handdoek mee en ga naar het volgende thermale bad of Turks bad in de stad. One of the best equipped short term rentals we have ever stayed it. Kitchen and laundry facilities and supplies were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the apartment in December, so particularly appreciated the few, tasteful decorations added for the season.One caution, the entry way and common areas are a bit run down. Upon arrival, we were a bit wary. Once inside the apartment all concerns evaporated.

One of the nicest apartments I’ve ever booked and stayed in. Lots of nice touches throughout. Very easy instructions for entry and to operate all the appliances. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and easy public transportation. The apartment has very nice comfortable beds, good shower, a very well equipped kitchen, gorgeous living room with lots of windows for light. We really liked hanging out and having a glass of wine in the evenings to relax. My only negative, and this is NOT the hosts fault, is the building elevator turned out to be very unreliable. It was non-operational 3 days out of 6. If you absolutely need an elevator because of disability issues this could be a big problem. Again, not the hosts fault, it’s the building.

Fantastic location to walk everywhere

Tibor was a fantastic host. He provided great references for eating, what to do, and especially pointers for the spas. He was in contact with us whatever our needs would be. He arranged a taxi for us upon arrival which was very nice after travelling overnight from the US. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, quiet and very comfortable. The apartment looked like the pictures. The bottle of water was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfy. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The location was well within a 20 minute walk to almost anywhere. A little grocery store not more than 6 minutes away. Pastry shops were within a 7 minute walk. Coffee shop just down the street. I would definitely stay here again upon my return to Budapest. Thank you Tibor for being a great host. My niece and I had a great holiday.

Great choice in Budapest

We picked this apartment because it’s around the corner from the opera which made it very convenient for us to get to the (absolutely magnificent) opera house plus it’s a great neighborhood. The exterior of the building reminds me of SoHo in Manhattan: the front door of the building has graffiti on it and looks pretty funky but then you get inside and the apartment is what I would call a “hidden gem”. Very, very clean, stylish and well set up. Tibor is attentive and careful with every detail. All in all, it was a great experience.

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations—they were exactly as described, if not even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, yet tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat from the nightlife. Tibor was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Tibor is a wonderful host - always available. He gives so much information on visiting Budapest - we had maps and books - super. The apartment is in excellent condition - with everything you need to live. A Wonderful Festive Season Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Paulay Premium Suite. The location was perfect with walking distance to the Christmas Markets, local attractions(which are many) and eateries. Budapest is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. We spent 5 days but could have stayed longer. We’re extremely happy with our accommodation selection. The apartment was lovely and well located. But there was considerable street noise due to a major construction project next door which interrupted sleep in the early morning. The lobby of the building was uninviting and not well lit. We were using both bedrooms and would have appreciated more bed pillows and towels as our stay was for four nights. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.

A Delight in Budapest

This property was by far the most pleasant accommodation of our 3 week/4 country trip through Europe. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped. The location was ideal to access all that Prague had to offer, within walking distance or an easy trip on public transit. The only thing that made it even better was our host Tibor, who provided excellent communication, insight and feedback throughout our trip!

Nice apartment but terrible building and construction

Very nice apartment and good professional communications however the building is in terrible shape, the entrance was a bit shocking. Broken bricks, graffiti, man peeing on the building. The site next door is a giant construction pit. Constant ongoing noise inside and outside during daytime hours. The location is perfect and the host was very responsive but I personally would not stay here again. It will probably be a great place in few years.

Mother & daughter getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Budapest. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. On arrival there is some graffiti on the outside of the building but don’t be put off once you see the apartment you will be more than happy. There is a wonderful coffee shop at the corner of the street and a fabulous restaurant a little further down. The apartment is well placed for easy access to everything and we would definitely stay again

Wonderful apartment with lots of room. Very well appointed with goods and appliances. Great shower. A good washer/dryer with decipherable controls. Big windows. Responsive and friendly host. What more could we ask? We could stay a month. (Entrance way of the building is rough looking, but pay no mind.)

Hidden Gem in Budapest

Beautiful spotless clean apartment. Building being renovated so don’t judge until you see inside the apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed. Central location. Walked to everything we wanted to see. Close to metro. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again !
