'View was ok. Other buildings blocked ocean. Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment. Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful! Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly.'

'Location to beach was great however construction noise in and around hotel was very bad. Room was okay however small, dark and dated.'
