'I have stayed at multiple hotels at different airports, and this has to be by far my favourite. The hotel is so beautiful from the front , walking into reception , it feels so inviting and bright. The staff we're very lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern. The restaurant was beautiful and staff ever so lovely, I had a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was delicious. 'The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights.
