'Het hotel is nog niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen.. meeste is houtje touwtje en dat is niet wat je verwacht van de Langham group. Het Michelin ster restaurant was helemaal een joke… slecht eten en de wijn die we geselecteerd hadden was maar 1 fles van in huis.. '

'The location was convenient, staff were good. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept turning off randomly, especially at night. The staff did look into it but then the weather cooled down so it wasn’t so much an inconvenience but as the warmer weather comes it might be an issue.'

'Clean room always. Staff were nice and helpful loved my stay here.'

'We stayed in a Panoramic Executive Room, which was excellent and offered beautiful views. However, the executive lounge experience could have been better. The breakfast selection and afternoon canapés were disappointing, with limited variety. The breakfast menu remained the same throughout our stay, and more variety would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, there were no laundry facilities available for guests to use. On a positive note, the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and...

'Very good property in the middle between Surfers and Broadbeach. Great staff and friendly helpful check in.'

'Very well located. Less than ten minute walk to bus and light rail hub and a bit longer to Pacific Fair. 5 minutes to convenience store and good food options.'

'Great place, great staff, delicious breakfast, always lovely.'

'Our second time staying here and we do like the hotel, one issue was the early start on the construction site next door, but we were made aware of that prior to our stay. The only other thing was the air conditioning whilst it worked fine made a horrible noise all the time.'

'Staff are great. Wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Pool is great. Gym is great. Noisy construction going on over the road was a bit annoying.'

'The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression'

'Booking in after 5pm was frustrating as intercom service kept cutting out and I had to re-ring them over 6 times. Once in the building instructions to pick up key was straight forward. Apartment was well appointed and clean. My preference for water temperature should be 1 to 2 degrees higher as it was quite cold when I was there and took a long time to reach maximum heat. I realise there are occ health and safety restrictions, but the temperature was set too low. As a suggestion, salt and...

'Great view and easy access to the beach. Perfect family spot'

'Staff at breakfast are amazing.'
