'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'The room was very comfortable for my sister and her two grandsons. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of gardens. The boys loved the pool and resort facilities and enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with their now favourite Nanna! Its close proximity to Sea World was a bonus as it made life simple and easy.
Tickets for Sae World and Movie World were included and made their stay amazing! Best time ever for kids! My 71 yo sister is still recovering lol!'

'I always love staying at Pacific Views Resort, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This time my apartment was on the 19th floor with amazing views over the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast. I highly recommend staying here.'
