'We were staying here during Cyclone Alfred and were unable to go home when we were supposed to. The owners let us stay an extra day. When we arrived we got there a bit early and were able to check into our room early as well. They were great, highly recommend them '

'With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm. On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this...

'Where do I start...I only stayed one night, and I wish I had stayed longer. Not only was the property beautiful, but the staff were wonderful - welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The apartment was so incredibly clean and had everything I needed. The view was stunning, I had ocean views and views of the river. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy (was $15 extra). I honestly wish I could give more stars :D Can't wait to stay again! '
