'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'The pool & location are the only good thing about this apartment. The apartment is old & unloved, everything is neglected from the curtains to the air vents. Bath is chipped, dishwasher was full of dirty water. WIR full of junk. Bedroom had ants. Air vents were filthy.
We had no aircon at all the first night, it was hot as hell and hard to sleep. I had to ring the rental agent 3 times before maintenance was called.
Just book elsewhere & save yourself alot of trouble!'
