'Very clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Couldn’t fault the motel for a place to rest our heads. Yes the noise from the motorway was quite loud but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there in the future. Great location for the theme parks.'

'Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower.'

This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...

'Room was clean but a bit dated. The staff were so lovely at check in and check out. The room cleaners always said good morning and tidied up our room each day. It was nice to visit during the Easter break as there were lots of families with kids also enjoying the hotel and its facilities but it also wasn't over crowded. I would stay here again. 'Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. '
