'This is more than just a house; it's a destination. I viewed more wildlife from this house than any of our hikes combined. I couldn't tear myself away from the sunroom. We saw families of deer, ducks, geese, squirrels and so many birds! Had I not been able to go out exploring I would've been just fine letting nature come to me at this house. 'Another fabulous stay at Whitmore Falls, with perfect weather and the best hosts anywhere. We swam; we jumped; we lounged; we picked and ate fresh veggies from the garden; we fed the goats and horses; we stargazed; we slept soundly; and we enjoyed every minute! '

'Though there was just a little snow at the cabin, there was plenty of snow on the mountain. We spent the days snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating and enjoyed warm, cozy evenings in this beautiful cabin watching movies, playing board games and enjoying each other’s company. Some of us even hiked Eagle’s Rest trail to the summit and took some family photos with Mount Shasta as the backdrop. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you might need for a great vacation! We loved siting on the front porch and the kids loved the yard. Owners were super responsive and accommodating. Would love to come back in the Winter and ski at Shasta. Highly recommend!!'

'My friend and I spent the week fishing up in the McCloud area and this place was the perfect launching point for us. Close to restaurants so two tired fishermen could actually walk to dinner and coffee. Sue was a great hostess. Easy communication and of course the ice cream was great.
