Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here.

One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. 'The hotel food options are excellent. The in room dining was amazing. We will definitely stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel again. They only down side was the pool was closed and there was no other options around. But that was just a very small thing considering everything else about the hotel was amazing.'

Place is in the city, within the neighborhood, walkable to Robinson mall- if your used to walking in a busy road with minimal sidewalk to no sidewalk at all. The hotel itself feels safe, with elevator, the room is clean. With great working AC, and toiletries. Overall, i like the place for practicallity. '

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
