'Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños '

'We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!'

"Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with."
