The Space:
This stunning 2,800 sq. ft. ocean view Villa has 3BR each with its own bathroom, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat screen TVs, an additional half bath for guests and a laundry room. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, pillow top mattresses and the finest Egyptian cotton bedding. Bathrooms have double sinks and Jacuzzi tubs. The villas can comfortably accommodate eight (8) adults, plus two additional adults with the sofa bed, not to mention a magnificent private oceanfront infinity pool.

4. Visitors are not allowed between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and additional guests require prior registration and approval with applicable charges.

5. Outside services (e.g., private chefs, grocery shopping, maid services) are prohibited. Only Resorts services are permitted.

6. Parking is available, but must be reserved in advance.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. Use of the spa and wellness center requires prior booking and is charged on a per-day basis.

9. EXTRA GUEST CHARGE: An additional charge will be assessed for each guest added after booking. Please make sure that the number of people on your reservation matches the number of guests that will be staying. Everyone must be registered and pay the appropriate fees.

10. EARLY CHECK-IN: We do not guarantee that the villa will be ready for early check-in. While you wait, you may use the clubhouse facilities and store your luggage there.

11. VILLA ASSIGNMENT: The assigned villa will be confirmed only at check-in, not before.

12. EXPERIENCE: This is a vacation rental, not a timeshare or hotel reservation. Some resort amenities are not included, but we offer the essential amenities usual in vacation rentals.
