'Great place over all. Very comfy and cozy. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Full size fridge and full stove. I believe there’s a trail and a pond and a little place to make a camp fire. They have a little play ground and a basketball court I think. They even had a grill on the porch. They provided coffee and they even had these cute little mints that made my day. 'Our 45th anniversary was spent at Dolphin Cove. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home and neighborhood. The home was spotless and provided everything needed for us. The beds were very comfortable. The screened porch was a plus as well as the deck. The dock was wonderful (not recommended for young children) without constant adult supervision. Great for fishing, sunning and watching the constant flow of various boats on the ICW. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat I highly recommend...

'We loved this home and location. Three generations stayed here and the setup was perfect. The home is beautiful and I absolutely love the picture of the home prior to the addition! I love the fact that there are 2 options for beach access as well. The elevator was a wonderful tool for hauling groceries and luggage. The pool was enjoyed by all. 'The house was beautiful ! The house was also large enough to accommodate 4 couples and 2 children. The location was great . We could walk to beach or take the golf cart. Not only was the house conveniently located to beach but we could also walk or take golf cart to some of the shops and putt putt courses. The neighborhood was nice. We were also close to attractions. We enjoyed the pool also! All in alll it was a great family vacation!'
