Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.'

'My friend and I stayed with Ms. Floreth for two nights. She was very friendly over the phone and had great communication. Our room was ready and clean for when we got there and had everything we needed. There was even a mini fridge for our leftovers which was thoughtful. Great location! It was about 10 minutes away from a shopping center and/or plenty of food restaurants. Thanks so much, highly recommend.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability.'

'Really enjoyed this unique property, and the communication was great. The arcade and outside area were awesome for our family. If there is anything I wish I had known at all, it's that the floors creak a bit and there are other units connected. Our kids woke up early, and I think we disturbed our neighbors despite our very best efforts to stay quiet, which can be stressful as parents when trying to relax. Everyone was very accommodating though - just something to think about depending on where...

'My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean.
