'Room was perfect for 2 people nice couple get away view was worth it , close to just about everything 15 mins away from other places close 20 mins from outlet plenty of restaurants door dash had no issues finding the room close to the beach , room was modern and cozy , sleeping will be your favorite thing to do in that king size bed '

'As always, this property never disappoints! We had excellent communication with the property owner and she is always very easy to reach if you have a question or an issue arises. You cannot get a condo any more clean or convenient. Everything you might need for cooking is handy and she even leaves some complimentary toiletries. We love the small complex and even though it’s near coligny, it makes for a very family friendly, low key environment with easy beach access. We hope to visit again! '

'This is our second summer vacation with this host. We absolutely love it. Place is very clean, updated as it best, very peaceful, secure and safe. But what makes it even better - balcony with full ocean view and minute of walk to the beach. All attractions are within minutes of drive. '

'The condo was as described, small, but had what was needed. The location to the beach was great and just a short bike ride to restaurants and Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This condo is a tad dated and “lived in” as you will. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price so we were okay with it. I think they could do a little better cleaning linens. They tell you to place all used bedding and towels in a pile which made me think maybe they don’t clean the unused ones which was a little off putting. Overall we loved the location. 'Being so close to the beach is one reason to book this spot! the pool is beach front and steps away. Overall - we liked the property, one thing we must call out is that we did face alot of roaches, but that's more a propertywide issue vs our own rental. 'We love hhi beach and tennis resort, but this particular unit has been our favorite so far. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! 'This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. Patrick made sure we got all settled in and walked us through some of the features of the home which was really helpful. He even gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat while there for the week. Even with the weather not always cooperating we were still able to enjoy the beautiful backyard/pool area daily.
