'The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Their rooftop bar and restaurant offers beautiful city scape views making it a relaxing place to have a drink after a long day. What stood out about my experience was the customer service from the ground floor staff especially. Mya and Lucie helped make our stay so convenient and put our mind at ease. They helped arrange private car rides and reservations for us, which was so appreciated during a short 2-day trip. The bellboys were so friendly and kind....

"This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy. We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort"
