'We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers zijn mooi, het bed slaapt heerlijk, het ontbijt is lekker en heeft voldoende keuze. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een spa met oa jacuzzi en massage mogelijkheden. Maar alles (ook de jacuzzi en sauna) zijn tegen extra betaling en moeten van tevoren geboekt worden, dat vonden we jammer.'

'The location is excellent. Very walkable to the old town, to shopping, and to anything you might want. However, the hotel is overpriced for Hoi An. It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. There seems to be only one young lady who runs the breakfast and everything else, and you depend on her for anything you need. For breakfast she served me some pancakes soaked in a super sweet chocolate concoction. When I asked for the pancakes without...

'We loved our stay at Bonsai Villa. Great location - only a short walk from the old town across the bridge, but far quieter and plenty of options to eat within a few minutes walk. The hosts & staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommendations and transfer bookings. Great, tasty options for breakfast. And the pool was great, especially for the kids and after a busy morning / day. And rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend, especially for families.'
