'Hotel was wonderful! So conveniently next to Tokyo Station. The airport limousine bus is located in the same building! All the staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. They explained everything I needed to know. Room were clean and spacious! Felt luxurious. Definitely coming back again!'

Hotel is also in walking distance from the Ginza and Shimbashi metro stations. The service of the staff is also top class; they remember your requests and tries their best to fulfil them for you. Hotel is also well maintained and very clean. Room size is good with the wet and dry bathroom areas separated.'

'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...
