Voldoende en snelle liften aanwezig. Ruime kamers, comfortabel, goede bedden, kleine, maar efficiente badkamer (natuurlijk met 'Japans' toilet), internationale tv-kanalen goed /snel internet. The room also had a small kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The room was very bright but you could not look out of the windows. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. '

'The hotel itself is a highlight for us in Tokyo. No detail is overlooked and the staff are in a different league compared to other hotels.
