'Great house Great location'

'Incredible stay; perhaps the best I have booked. Incredible detail and investment in this home. Absolutely comfortable and extremely clean with a surprise on every table and in every nook. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a kind and friendly host.'

'Host was super accommodating. A good variety of cooking spices and food items (butter, salad dressing, etc), tons of toys and games and a bright, cheery atmosphere. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.'

'This is by far the best VRBO we have ever been to. It is a Wild West Artist Dream, with every room uniquely furnished and decorated by an artist Douglass E. Andrews. You can buy some items! The kitchen is my dream, and all the rooms, doors and bathrooms are worthy of the HGTV show. So much character! It's like living inside the art studio. We spent 4 very quiet nights there, I do not remember when I slept so deeply, no street noise at all. When you wake up and go to the porch, you will hear...

'We stayed here because we wanted to venture out to Sedona & Jerome. The location was great, accommodations exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again & our Arizona family is planning on it as well. Perfect for all!'

'Verynice location. Walking distance to wineries and shops. Plenty of room and super quiet.'

'This is my second time at The Tipsy Moon and it’s amazing! The house is perfect for us to hang out in and in a great location for wine tasting. It’s my go to place to stay when I come up here!'

'We had a great Mom’s Weekend get away here. The house has a great layout and the location is a perfect location to be central to downtown, excursions to Jerome, and hiking. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Wonderful home about two minute walk to old town cottonwood. My family had a great time seeing the sights and enjoying meals. Thank you again'
