'I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

'Parking safe and easy'

'Our room was very clean and quiet. Thomas at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.'

'Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on.'

'Friendly, smiling staff. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate near the front desk. Fresh, hot breakfast in the mornings. Clean and comfy beds and rooms. Really good hot water pressure in the showers. Nice location. A lot of things within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here.'

'The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon.'
