'Communication with the host was exceptional. Keneesha is an excellent host - 5+. House was even better than the pictures and description. Well appointed kitchen. Pool was a welcome respite. 'This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!'

'Although we gave fives in our rating, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. As someone else remarked, we could smell cooking and here the people a little bit--but because we knew that going in, it wasn't a big deal. To the owners: it would be nice to have a few extra towels and if you raise the shower curtain a few inches, it will keep the shower curtain from dragging in the tub. Also, at least two lights were burned out.'

"Good place to stay for a couple of nights. Friendly staff and very nice view from the rooftop. Location is great! Some minor comments on what could have been better: no water bottles in the room, very soft bedding for our liking and the cocktails seems to have been made with lower quality liquor."

"Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. "
