'My husband and I stayed here for his 60th bday. We enjoyed our two night stay. It a pretty place and the hot springs/tubs were an added benefit. Be careful though and test the temperature of the water before rushing in, as one of the pools was scalding hot. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. '

'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this room was. Clean, well stocked, amazing view and incredible amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. My check in took less than 5 mins. We never had to leave the block with all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment that is in walking distance. Oh, and free parking, which sounds trivial until you realize how terrible the parking is around the area and how much the other hotels charge you to park. As someone that makes multiple trips to...

'Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!'

'Loved the room and kitchen. The pool and hot tub was amazing, and I loved the private beach. I'm bummed that they are selling this time share. I'm hoping whoever buys keeps it the same as well as the pricing. I would love to bring my family back for a vacation.'

'Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.'

'What a perfect place to stay. Location, location, location! This place was perfect! Management was above the top helpful and kind. It is within walking distance to everything! You had all the shops and restaurants at the Heavenly Village and then the private beach the other way. The hotel provides a pass to the private beach so instead of 30 it was only 5 per person for the whole day. The beach is beautiful and well worth it! And then Harrahs and Ceasars literally across the street if you like...

'Unique waterfront property. Classic Tahoe home with modern upgrades. Very hard to beat the location for winter or summer. Great hosts. '

'It is very clean building inside and out. The surroundings outside the property very cozy and in the nature surrounded by the forest. Lobby of the hotel is very nicely decorated and very welcoming. Inside the units all to your comfort. Very happy with the experience. '

'The place is very nice and clean. Check-in process is very efficient. There was a service fee from VRBO, but hotel management resolved it in the timely manner. I would stay at this place again when I visit South lake Tahoe '
