'Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! '

Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. "Perfecte ontvangst, het hotel straalt oude glorie uit en heeft de accommodatie qua sanitair voldoende goed aan deze tijd aangepast maar niet overgemoderniseerd. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en voornaam. Het ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd en wordt opgediend in de grote mooie statige ontbijtruimte van weleer. Wij logeerden met een kleine hond, wij mochten de hond meenemen in een kleine aparte ontbijtkamer waar we genoten van dezelfde service als de gasten in de grote ontbijtzaal. De ligging van het hotel is zeer centraal en vlakbij het meer en de aangename wandelstraten. Wij genoten van een zeer aangenaam verblijf aangezien wij houden van de authenticiteit."
