'Overall my Fiance' and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort! I did not know upon booking that this was a Hilton, nor did I know that this was a timeshare until I read google reviews that warned patrons about sales tactics from the concierge. 'I loved our stay! The hotel was in a more quiet area of Sedona and amazing views. We were here with our kids and grandparents. There were so many events planned from the resort that was family friendly and I really liked all the pools. They even had an adult only pool. Really loved the stay and the room was perfect and spacious for our family. Had a washer and dryer too. '

'Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. '10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Eating outside and BBQ when it cooled off was wonderful. The pool was heaven. Notes for future users: this is a two story house, but we used a car to transport our luggage to the side access by the pool for the lower floor. "Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."

"The room met our expectations, the view is nice! 👌 The refrigerator was small, in case of a multi day stay, housekeeping needed to be requested. When this was done, it was not executed, but access cards where blocked. It was resolved, although without apologies. The breakfast options are good, there is even the possibility to enjoy it outside."
