'Fili Hotel is a great hotel. The check-in was smooth with very friendly and polite staff. I gave it a 4 star because of a mishap we encountered during our stay. We initially only booked for an overnight stay but decided to extend our stay for another night. Everything was great. I loved the room set-up and the bathroom. The toilet was a modern, high-tech Japanese toilet bowl with electronic bidets. The bath tub was a good size too. We stayed in a double room with a sea-view. I really loved the...

'The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order.'
