'This is a beautiful historic inn. Shout out to Sandra, Brett and Veronica in the spa which is peaceful and well stocked. Robes are grubby looking but very warm whuch was needed. There was a scheduling mix up but the staff worked quickly to compensate for the inconveience. The check in desk was often busy. Lots of standing around and trying to fill out forms in a flimsy folder. Better to have a clip board. Spa was very clean. In the hotel, I saw room service trays and cleaning cloths left...

My stress level was through the roof!The host was incredible throughout the whole process—always in contact and answering all of my questions.
