'This house was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was the best part. We wish we could have stayed longer and just spent time at the house. We didnt take advantage of any of the amenities but they looked nice. I would go here again for sure.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Our daughter spend many hours in the pool. It was good that we took the pool heating option else i think it would have been to cold to play for so long in the pool. The furniture at the pool (beds) is old and could have been refreshed. The other furniture is basic but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall it had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A BBQ would be a good option to add for next guests. 'The inside of the home was stunning and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the piano was a nice touch. The outside on the other hand needs some upkeep. The landscaping in the front needs to be done. There were overgrown weeds leading up to the front door and a pile of leaves in the front yard. 'We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. Claire was very easy to work with, and we truly appreciate her hospitality. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future! '
