'The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell.'

'My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. 'Everything was as advertised. Amenities were excellent. Beautiful scenery and peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the pond, sauna, massage chair, and fire pit. Convenient location for the family after my son's basketball game at Sonora High. Would highly recommend for some quality family time.'
