'Een echt Amerikaans motel, net zoals in de films. Auto voor de deur en een ijsmachine om de hoek. Het was schoon en ruim. We hadden een soort mini-keuken met een koelkast en magnetron. Dichtbij Monterey.'

'The service was nice, our A/C, bed, and shower were all great. It was very quiet at night. The close location to Wharf and Downtown eats is great. We had a top floor corner room, which we hoped for. But I think we were too far from the router, our internet was awful. Also they bizarrely had an ashtray right in front of our window, so we dealt with smoke and smokers frequently. '

'Frustrating that there may not be a system to allow a hotel to inform Expedia that the hotel had no AC operating, all rooms. Still I checked out two available rooms, non smoking, but it had a srong smell of smoking being smotherrd by the stench of strong cleaner. No AC and that smell. The staff were exceptionally nice though. Not their fault. Seemed like a corporate failing. '
