'Room was very clean and quiet. Lots of space. Biggest issue was the bed and pillows were terrible. So uncomfortable! Coffee situation could improve. Overall though good experience.'

'This very clean & comfortable, pet friendly, apartment is one block off the Main Street in Grand Lake. The town, the lake, the restaurants are literally at your feet! I will return!'

'Our room was the first room onto the Main Street and it was as extremely noisy from vehicle traffic. They could not relocate our room'

'When the hostess showed up finally she did offer us a nicer room. We expected a cabin and had trouble finding the place because it was like an old motel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom did not have a sink. So I’d say it was adequate but I will not return.'

I messaged them multiple times in advanced to ensure it would be open during our stay and when we got there, it was closed. We were told it would be open by...

'Great location. It was worth paying for parking. The unit was well equipped except that there was no sofa or sitting area. It was like a very nice dorm room.'
