'I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order,...

'Beautiful luxury condo right on the river walk. Well appointed, clean, pleasant, generous spaces. Realize that you are making a trade off for being next to the river walk, as you are in the edge of the commercial district. You will get some noise, but you will also get proximity to shops, coffee, and the river. Loved our stay. Many many compliments. Kind and attentive property owner.'

'This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless.
