'This stay was unforgettable due to location and frequent animal sightings. The area along river was an attraction in itself. The only negative was no having climate controlled room (AC). It would have been less noticeable if the cabins were designed to let heat out of room with windows properly placed at top to let airflow cool room. All and all we loved the placed and would return again. '

'We are from MN - Colorado and Bear Cub Lodge was our first trip to the mountains with the kids, and this place took our breath away. The kids (13,15,17) explored the large area surrounding the house and would disappear for a couple hours at a time. That’s what I wanted! - To see them make an adventure out of the rocks, hilly landscape, and then come home to play some ping pong, foosball, and end the night in the hot tub. As far as a stocked kitchen - if they don’t have it, you don’t need it....

'We stayed in all 3 cabins for a family reunion. They were all clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The patio and fire pit were amazing! We spent the majority of our time there. Beautiful views and within walking distance of the Estes tram. We would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive to my questions. '
