'The staff seemed nice, but the shuttle was a complete mess, had to stand around in the cold at DIA for like 45 minutes at 11 PM and then get dropped off last and still get charged $7.50 for the privilege. They pretend like they know what the schedule is, but it's completely unpredictable and you just have to stand there until the shuttle feels like showing up. Next time, would just take an Uber and factor that into the price.'
