'The man at the front desk was an amazing first interaction with this property! I was only able to stay for one night but I hope to come back and enjoy a longer stay with them as it was wonderful. They have everything extremely clean and well taken care of.'

'Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. 'Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning.
