'Interactions and services provided were respectful and the overall impression was positive. Management was available to immediate needs and resolving issues which in my case a tv not working in the bedroom area. Efficiency and consistency best described. Check in was simple. No disturbance. '

'Hotel was okay, little out dated. Looks more historic. Paint chipping and carpet lifting. Room was clean. Now the parking garage, first it’s $20 a day. Also you have to be in early since the garage is very tiny with few parking spots. If you have a van or SUV like me then you will have to pull in your mirrors and let everyone out before you back in. Other then that is was okay don’t think I will be returning. '

I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. '
