'The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast. The room was clean, as were the hallways. I'm not sure if there was an elevator, but I was directed to the stairs. Check in was efficient.'

'Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.'

'Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.'
