'The breakfast was the best part of the stay. We checked in later Friday night around 9pm. We got checked in took the elevator up got out on 2nd floor and to the left of us as we stepped out was a huge black garbage bag in the corner with a bag of Doritos turned upside down with crumbs all over the floor and the carpet as you stepped out of the elevator has started to roll up. 'The home itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and friendly, and the location right on the lake made for a relaxing stay. The only downside, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that there’s a camper in the front yard with people staying in it. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing, and it made the experience feel a bit less private and more awkward than expected. If that had been communicated up front, it would’ve helped set...

'The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room.
