'The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here.
