'I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. 'Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!'
