'We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. 'Lots of space! I like how it’s set up. Everyone kinda had their own floor and full bathroom. Great location! Nice neighborhood! Staff members were extremely helpful!Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again myself! '

'The apt was nice but fail to see where the jungle theme came in. The staircase is not recommended for small children or seniors with mobility difficulties. Everything else was comfortable'
