'While the hotel had an unexpected boiler outage during our stay, they treated us very well and addressed the problem by partnering with the local Athletic Club for hot showers, providing a discount on the stay, and being gracious, helpful hosts. Staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. They had jazz music playing for us upon entry. Breakfast was tasty as were the complimentary beverages. '

'Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm.'

'Great place to stay. Nice gym, pool area, free parking and the location is great. Right next to the Old Mill mall with lots of food options. Movie theater is there, the amphitheater is close as well as Riverbend Park to do the river ride. '
