"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the last few years due to family in the are... and we will certainly be staying again! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Our original booking request for a 2nd floor room on the back side wasn't applied to our booking. The desk clerk.. (sorry I dont recall his name ) ... was super accommodating, even upgrading our room so he could get us onto the 2nd floor on the back side. So nice to have choices for a hot or cold breakfast...

"Nice property, nice room and comfortable bed. Is my go to hotel in Bend. Pet friendly is good, but there was that one dog that would not stop barking. Desk staff was very friendly but check in was slow as she was overwhelmed with people and needed help."
