'This place was wonderful if you're looking for the farm environmental. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The animals were friendly too. If you don't want to wake up to farm animal noises, then i don't recommend staying here, but otherwise it feels very authentic. '

'If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. '

'We love this place and want to try out all the rooms! They have THE BEST robes and sheets. Just bathe for a bit in the claw foot tubs with their bath salts and bubble bath, then step into the robe and lay in the very comfortable bed…. good lawd!! '

'I came in for the Wounded Warrior 5K. I picked the Germantown inn because of the walkable distance to the 5K at the Bicentennial Park. All the staff was so nice! They were able to have breakfast for me earlier. '

'First time staying here-it was close in proximity to a convention I was attending. I was absolutely surprised in the best way. The room was huge, beautifully appointed, quiet and private. The price was also fantastic for what the space provided. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful tub and shower, and the a/c was cold. The breakfast was made fresh, and the staff on site were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here on any return trip to Nashville and in fact...
