'Slightly deceiving property. No mention of the empty building it faces, that it still smells like grandma’s cigarette smoke-filled house, and is not really that safe. Room door to the outside is not sealed at the bottom and you can see the light from the outside (about 1/4 in gap at bottom of the door). Nice idea in theory, but if you are going to do a refurbishment of an old motel, do it properly- especially when it is hard to find a good place to stay in Hot Springs. This was definitely done...

'I want to start by saying that we had a good stay at this property in Jan 2025. This time was different. The staff and location are the only good things about this motel. Yes, motel is a more accurate description for this property. Bugs, mold, water damage, just pure nastiness. I should have read ALL reviews instead of relying on Expedia reviews. Lesson learnd and never again. There is no possible way that this place has an "excellent" rating.'
