'Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. 'Great customer service checking in staff very friendly and accomodating & breakfast lady friendly. Room was very quiet, all slept well. Only small issue was there was no liquid soap to wash our hand and had to use the one in the shower. Happy overall'
